Praem Capital Tokenomics and ICO details

The Praem ecosystem targets high growth potential, and the PRM token is the measure of this growth. All investors are encouraged by an additional asset — upon joining the program, they automatically become a token holder, which can be used as a privilege in the ecosystem or sold on the exchange (after the PRM token is listed on the exchange).

The PRM token is issued based on the ERC20 blockchain. Before the start of the ICO, the source code of the token and smart contracts will be published on GitHub, so that each investor can be assured of the fulfillment of the system’s obligations or identify unlikely errors promptly.

PRM token functions:

• Security: every investor at the initial stage becomes a partner;

• Payment tokens / real cryptocurrency.

The token emission will be limited to 20 million PRM tokens and is associated with Praem Capital Initial Capitalization and the possibility for the hedge fund to insure 100% of investors’ funds. At the end of the ICO phase, the hedge fund exchanges user tokens and fixes investors’ profits in USD for further work in the ecosystem.

–Starting price of the PRM token at the Pre-Sale round 1–$0,70 (200,000PRM)

–Starting price of the PRM token at the Pre-Sale round 2–$0,90 (200,000PRM)

Second stage — public ICO

The public ICO starts with a PRM token cost of $1.

At the end of the ICO phase, the hedge fund exchanges user tokens and fixes investor’s profits in USD for further work in the ecosystem.
